And as anything wholly original, at first you're not sure if you like it. But if you give it a second, you usually find yourself fully intrigued or repulsed. In this case, I think you find yourself captivated.
Guy Sigsworth is the other very talented part of this duo named Frou Frou, and his production skills are impressive. Between the two of them, beautifully crafted tunes emanate. The lyrics are provocative, the sound-scape is plush, and the the total effect is emotionally moving. This is something really rare in a lot of modern music. (God, I feel old just saying that).
Satisfy your mood for something that's really different and has substance. Listen to everything you can from Frou Frou.
